DUSSEHRA CELEBRATION 2026
Dussehra Celebration: A Triumph of Good over Evil
Dussehra, symbolising the eternal victory of good over evil, was celebrated with great enthusiasm during a special assembly at D.A.V. Public School, Sector-3, Kurukshetra.
The programme commenced with an insightful speech highlighting the significance of the festival and its timeless message of truth, righteousness, and humility. This was followed by a soulful poem recitation that beautifully conveyed the essence of Dussehra. The assembly continued with an engaging skit depicting key episodes from the Ramayana, including the exile of Lord Rama, the abduction of Sita, and the ultimate defeat of Ravana.
The programme concluded with a meaningful reminder that true victory lies not merely in overcoming evil in the world but also in conquering the evils within ourselves.
