Rules

(1) Application for transfer certificate shall in every case be made in writing by the parent or guardian of the scholar at least seven days in advance.

(2) Application for transfer certificate should ordinarily be made within one month of the date of withdrawal except in the case of candidates in High and Higher Secondary Examination when the month should count from the date of the publication of the result.

(3) The School Leaving Certificate and Report Card shall be with held from scholars of bad character and from those who have not paid all fees, fines and other moneys due to the school.
